This Privacy Policy explains how PluginSEO ("we", "us") handles data in connection with the SEOTranslate Suite plugin and the managed translation service at translate.pluginseo.asia (the "Service"). It is written for the operator of the Service; if you are a website visitor, the website you visited is the controller of its own content.

We do not ask you to send personal data for translation. You should not submit third parties' personal data unless you have the right to do so.
To improve performance and avoid re-translating identical text, translated text may be cached. The cache stores translated website text (typically public marketing and product copy); it is not used to profile individuals.
We process account, usage, and log data to perform our contract with you and for our legitimate interest in operating, securing, and improving the Service. We process translation content to perform the translation you request.
The managed service may process submitted text on infrastructure located outside your own country. If you are subject to laws restricting international transfers (such as the GDPR), you are responsible for deciding whether the managed service is appropriate for your content, or for using your own AI model with a provider and region of your choice.
We share data only with: (a) the AI providers and hosting/infrastructure providers needed to run the Service (as sub-processors in managed mode, or directly under your account when you use your own key); and (b) authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal data.
We keep account/license and usage records for as long as your license is active and as needed for legal, accounting, and security purposes. Cached translated segments are retained while the Service operates and may be purged at any time. Operational database backups are retained on a short rolling basis (currently up to seven daily copies). Technical logs are kept only as long as needed for security and troubleshooting.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal data, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact 992907759@qq.com. We may need to verify your identity and license ownership before acting.
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), signed requests, and anti-abuse measures to protect the Service. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly process children's personal data.
