These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SEOTranslate Suite WordPress plugin and the optional managed translation service operated by PluginSEO at translate.pluginseo.asia (together, the "Service"). By installing the plugin, activating a license, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
SEOTranslate Suite is a WordPress plugin that produces multilingual versions of your website content using machine translation. It can operate in two modes:
The Service is intended for businesses and website operators. You are responsible for keeping your license key and any API keys confidential. Licenses are activated per site domain and may not be shared, resold, or used on more domains than your plan permits.
You retain all rights to the content you submit for translation ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to process, transmit, and cache Your Content solely to provide the Service (see the Privacy Policy). You are solely responsible for: (a) having the rights to Your Content; (b) the accuracy and legality of translations you choose to publish; and (c) when using your own AI model, complying with that provider's terms and paying that provider directly.
Translations are produced by automated AI systems and are provided "as is". They may contain errors, omissions, or contextually inappropriate wording. The plugin saves generated translations as draft or pending for review by default. You are responsible for reviewing translations before publishing them. We do not warrant that translations are accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose.
The Service may offer a free tier and one or more paid plans. Paid plans, prices, billing cycles, renewals, taxes, and any refund policy will be presented at the point of purchase and are incorporated into these Terms. When you use your own AI model, you are responsible for all costs charged by that provider. Where a payment processor is used, your payment is also subject to that processor's terms.
The plugin and the Service, including all software and trademarks, are owned by PluginSEO or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any ownership of the Service to you. As between you and us, you own Your Content and the resulting translated output for your use.
The Service relies on third-party AI providers and infrastructure. Your use of those providers (directly, when you supply your own key) is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, availability, or output of third-party providers.
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and no service-level guarantee applies to free usage. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and may update these Terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, abuse, or to comply with law. You may stop using the Service at any time by deactivating the plugin and discontinuing license use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, and we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PluginSEO from claims arising out of Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of Xianyang, Shaanxi Province, China will have jurisdiction, unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
